My philosophies on strength, fitness, nutrition, and diets…

Strength training changed my life. As I furthered my education and explored new ideas, training methodologies, and different ways of thinking, I have developed my own ideals that have helped me become healthier and stronger. Here I share those ideas as well as the resources that I find useful. They touch on everything from strength training, flexibility, injuries, illness, supplements, and various things I have dealt with or tried. These concepts are anecdotal and don’t necessarily work for everyone. People respond differently to physical stress. The person I am, physically is a combination of finding information, applying it, trial-and-error, and finding what works best for my body. This is not a way to be as strong, fit, or healthy as me. Consult your doctor before attempting any of the things I am suggesting… and please, please please do your own research on any topics I highlight.
